AppReviewReady is operated by ByteEra Labs LLC. These terms apply to the website, free tools, submitted observations, and paid reports.
Readiness reports
Quick Check and paid reports are automated assessments generated from the answers you provide. They highlight common submission risks and link to public Apple guidance. They are not legal advice, an official Apple review, or a promise that an app will be approved.
Payment and delivery
The listed paid-plan price is a one-time charge in US dollars, not a subscription. A Launch Pass includes five report generations for one app label within 90 days. A Studio Pack includes twelve report generations across up to three app labels within one year. A report credit is used when a new full report is generated. Unused credits expire at the end of the stated validity period. Stripe processes payment-card information. Reports and history are delivered through the private return URL; keep that URL private and bookmark it.
Technical failures and duplicate charges
If a paid report or included rerun cannot be generated, or you see a duplicate charge, use the contact method on your Stripe receipt and include the checkout reference. We will review verified delivery failures and billing errors. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer law.
Acceptable use
Do not abuse the service, attempt to access another customer's report, submit unlawful data, interfere with the site, or use the tools to misrepresent an app to Apple.
Service changes
Apple's guidelines and our service may change. The current Apple documentation and App Review communication control where they differ from a report. Material terms changes will be dated on this page.
