Anonymous timeline contributions
Timeline submissions contain the fields shown in the contribution form: submission type, platform, timestamps, outcome, and optional login/IAP indicators. We do not ask for an app name, bundle ID, Apple account, API key, or reviewer credentials.
Local checklist
Checklist progress is stored in your browser's local storage. It is not sent to AppReviewReady.
Paid readiness reports
To create and deliver a paid pass, we store the purchaser's email, app name or internal label, form answers, report history, Stripe checkout reference, payment status, and timestamps. The label may be a non-sensitive internal name. Do not enter a bundle ID, Apple credentials, reviewer password, API key, or other secret into the form.
Payments
Stripe processes checkout and payment-card information. AppReviewReady receives payment status, customer email, and transaction references, but does not receive or store full card numbers. Stripe's own privacy terms apply to its processing.
Operational logs
Hosting and security providers may process short-lived technical logs such as IP address, request time, and user agent for abuse prevention, reliability, and debugging. These are not included in the public index.
First-party site events
AppReviewReady records minimal first-party events such as page views, navigation clicks, guide-to-tool clicks, Quick Check starts, checkout starts, timeline-submit clicks, Quick Check completions, successful anonymous timeline submissions, and paid report access confirmations. These events are used to understand which pages and tools are useful. They do not store Apple credentials, app IDs, bundle IDs, reviewer passwords, raw IP addresses, or full user agents.
Future webhook verification
If webhook verification is introduced, it will be optional, use a per-app secret, and retain only the minimum event attributes required to validate review-state timestamps. The policy will be updated before that feature becomes available.
Contact
AppReviewReady is operated by ByteEra Labs LLC. For paid-report or privacy questions, use the contact method shown on your Stripe receipt and include the checkout reference when relevant.
